So as to reinforce the faculty construction, on the morning of 2nd June, at the merging classroom, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Senior High Section convened the competition with regard to teaching without students as well as blackboard-writing design in Biology Teaching& Research Group for young teachers. The contestants were teachers Chen Jun, Dai Gang, Jin Xiaohu and Hao Jie.
The judges of the contest were President Madam Huang Wenli, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong, Director Xu Zuitai, Director Xu Haihong, Director Cao Siqing in additionn to Mu Baohan, group leader of the Biology Teaching& Research Group, all group members of which were also in attendance.
Each contestant elaborately prepared for the meaningful event and demonstrated excellent performances& elegant demeanor in the match, manifesting high-quality in the basic teaching skills of Anqing Foreign Language School’s biology teachers. More noticeably, live scoring judges evaluated candidates with justice, equity, preciseness& pragmatism.
Overall, President Madam Huang Wenli remarked on the contest and issued closing statements in which she spoke highly of contestants’ splendid performances. This competition not only provided a platform for young teachers to proceed self presentation& interactions, enhanced their course design abilities& adjusting capacities, but also effectively aroused their enthusiasm in teaching reform& introspection, which played a positive part in boosting teaching quality. All in all, this campaign served a significant role in promoting faculty quality of Anqing Foreign Language School, winning unanimous reception from all teachers.
